A little bit about this event...

We live in a society that is grief-illiterate and what that means is that you may find yourself feeling even more alone on your journey of grief and loss because the world around you doesn’t know how to support you.

Most are uncomfortable with your grief.

Truth is when it comes to grief and loss most of us were never talked to about grief in our childhood. Nor was it model to us how to speak about it, and navigate through it.

Grief can be a taboo subject, which could add to the pain you carry as you navigate the loss of your husband.

One of the most challenging things for me, when my husband died, was that I had no one that I could speak to about it.

There weren’t other widows in their 30s like me.

I got people changing how they act around me, and unsure how to support me.

This would at times result in people causing unintentional harm.

Can you relate?

As the years went on I was learning about grief but I was still feeling anxious, unfulfilled, and lost concerning the direction of my life after the death of my husband.

In this masterclass, I will discuss 4 things that could impact your growth and healing on this journey.

When I discovered these 4 obstacles and did something about them, my experience with my grief and widowhood journey transformed.

I can’t wait to share this with you and I look forward to having you join.
