The things that I focus on with you are things along these lines:

- What products/services are you offering?

- How are you planning to get your first customer?

- How do you plan to attract your potential customers?

- How do you plan on following up with them?

- What is the funnel structure for your products/services?

And most importantly, actually implementing the above. For example:

- Set up a way for you to receive payments

- Set up your website

- Set up any sales funnels for your products/services

- Integrate email marketing and create a follow up sequence

The biggest focus would be to figure out the fastest path from idea to monetization for you in your business and holding you accountable to implement the steps of that exact path.

To get results, you will need to put in the work outside of our calls to actually get customers, but we will do everything together to set you up for success.

The more prepared you are, the more we can get done.

We would also focus on the things that you struggle with on your own so we can get the hard stuff out of the way.

Each person has different requirements.

Whatever package you invest in, we will make sure these calls are productive.

Each call is going to be about 1.5 hours, but if it goes a bit longer, I don't charge extra - a session is a session.

I want to make sure it is (a) productive; (b) you have clarity on the path for the coming week before the next call so we can make some serious progress.

What you are paying for is a shortcut in your implementation.

We can literally build your entire website, sales funnel, set up your payment integration, email automation, online course and membership within the one platform (in the case of New Zenler or Systeme).

There might be other software required to set up what you are looking for.

Setting up the tech side as a beginner is one of the most overwhelming and time-consuming activities and I can save you this pain with this service.

This service includes and will focus on me sharing my screen on Zoom and building things in front of your eyes so you can watch, learn and collaborate.

Making sure the pages flow as they should

Setting up the sales page, landing page, funnel, etc.

And showing you the things you need to familiarize yourself with in order to update the content on the site as well.

Sometimes you have all the content ready.

Sometimes you need a bit of help with putting together a plan.

The first step will be to map out the business strategy, the website structure to align with that strategy, and map out all the components you need to provide for us to create the website together.

Images, videos, page sequences, copywriting, etc.

Don't worry - I have a super streamlined process to get this done so you will know exactly what you need to get and how to get it.

Once done, you will be on your way to get all the content together which may take you a few days.

Once you have it all, we will get on a zoom call and build your entire website together.

i.e. you give me the login details and I will build it right in front of your eyes.

Depending on how much content you have and how prepared you are, as to how quick it would be and how many sessions it would take.

This is not guarantee that you will have a completed website done - this greatly depends on how much you have prepared - and how many sessions you bought.

The point of this service is that not only we make major progress, you're also feeling confident about finishing things up on your own.

After you pay, you'll be taken to a thank you page.

After doing 100+ projects like this, I know the process inside and out.

You are given checklists to follow, templates to fill out, and a whole onboarding process.

This is your preparation, your homework, to make sure our 1:1 sessions are super productive.

Once you got your preparation done, you are given a calendar link to book a time with me for the first session.

Software is simply a vehicle to implement your vision.

There are lots of great options out there, some integrate with ease with others, some offer better or different features than others, and depending on your requirements, I will advise which one to go with as part of our coaching.

One of the requirements for me to be able to do this is to have whoever I work with using my affiliate link for the various software tools you end up requiring.

This is why I am an affiliate for all of them.

For example, when choosing an email marketing software, I don't care if you use GetResponse, MailerLite, Active Campaign or ConvertKit or any other - I affiliate them all.

That way I do not have to be biased based on getting a commission.

Whatever we decide is the best software for you, all I ask is that you use my affiliate link to buy that particular software.

I see people waste literally weeks trying to choose something and jumping from one option to another.

And then proceed to spend months trying to build things on it and getting things complicated for them resulting in a huge amount of frustration.

Together, we will literally do that in a matter of hours.

In most instances, the email marketing software is included with the platform I am using to build.

Podia, Kajabi, Systeme and Zenler - they all have email marketing functionality.

Copywriting is a major struggle for a lot of people.

That's the beauty of doing custom coaching plan. If you really struggle with this topic I will do a specific session with you, Copywriting 101 and teach you ALL the basics you need to know in 1 session.

And not only will I teach you what I know, I will give you extra homework and educational recommendations to continue learning outside of our sessions - and most importantly, we will actually DO THE COPYWRITING together for your sales page, website, email marketing, and so on.

In previous coaching sessions, I literally opened up a Google Doc and wrote the sales copy of my clients once I understood that industry.
